The OA LodgeMaster team is happy to announce the release of OA LodgeMaster Online version 1.0.1! We've added two major enhancements to this release, pre-built reports and mass emailing. We've also fixed all the open bugs that users reported since the original release of the portal.

One special note: there will be minimal support available starting the middle of next week for the two weeks of the National Jamboree. We will try to respond to support requests as soon as possible but there may be a delay. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to see everyone at the 2010 National Scout Jamboree!

What Changed In This Version?

New functionality has been added to allow users to easily select from a list of pre-built reports which match reports available in the desktop client. This vastly simplifies the use of the online portal for users who don't need custom reports.

Also new in this release is the ability to send mass emails to members through the online portal. Select a pre-built report or build your own custom report, then just click 'Send An Email' and fill out the simple form. All users with 'System Setup' access are notified that a message is pending approval and are directed to the online portal to approve the message.

Four bugs reported by users were also fixed in this release. The detail of the bugs and enhancements and their related module are below:

What's Next In The Development Of OA LodgeMaster?

We are working on adding additional functionality to the online portal, including event reporting and unit election tracking, which will be released later this year.
