Dear OA LodgeMaster Users,

The OA LodgeMaster team is happy to announce the immediate release of Version 2.2.0! The release adds a great new feature to the desktop program: an updated inventory manager. We've also complete 2 other minor enhancements and we've fixed all the open bugs that users reported since the release of version 2.1.4.

Three important notes for this release:
- We updated a number of tables in the database for the new inventory manager and for other upcoming changes. You may receive errors using some of the forms and reports in an older version of the desktop program. Make sure to update to the latest version as soon as possible.
- Any changes made to the inventory system in an older version going forward will not synchronize to the server, we've changed the tables and migrated all of your old data to the new tables. The old tables will no longer update data on the server.
- You may notice when synchronizing that it may take longer than normal - this is expected. The table changes mentioned above may take a couple minutes to transfer to your local computer's database.

Go to to download the update. You don't need to reinstall anything; the update is just over 1 megabyte in size and runs in just a couple seconds.

One final reminder - we'll be continuing the webinar series - our next webinar will be on unit elections and will be December 7th, 2010 (sorry for the confusion for those who had put down the November date we had originally announced).

What Changed In This Version?

Version 2.2.0 adds updated inventory manager and related reports to the desktop program. The new functionality will greatly improve the ability of finance and trading post committees to track inventory on hand, purchases, consignments, and much more.

Two other minor enhancements were completed: - Quality lodge requirements were added for 2011 and the optional requirements text was updated. - The ability to sort by unit was added to the membership card wizard.
