The Event Roles interface allows you to view and manage event roles.

Adding an Event Role
To add an event role, click . The following is displayed in the table:
Enter the name and click . To cancel, click .
Modifying an Event Role
To modify an event role, find it in the table and click . Change the name, then click . To revert the changes, click .
Disabling and Restoring an Event Role
To disable an event role, find it in the table and click . This will move it to the "Active: No" section and hide it from other areas of LodgeMaster.
To restore an event role, find it in the table and click . This will move it to the "Active: Yes" section and restore it to other areas of LodgeMaster.
Merging an Event Role
To merge one event role to another, select it in the table. Then click . The following dialogue box is displayed:
In the drop-down, choose the new event role. To confirm, enter the name of the event role in the box. Then, click "merge." All data previously belonging to the old event role will get associated with the new event role.
