Many lists of items will have rows with actions available on the right-hand end of each row.
In most cases, to edit a field, you can click on the 
to the right of the field to begin editing it.
When you are done editing, click on the 
to save it.
If you change your mind, and want to put it back how it was, hit the 
to cancel and revert to the old value.
