The Contact Types interface allows lodge administrators to define and manage different ways to contact members.  The results are visible in the Members interface.

Contact types can be either read-only or not read-only.  Read-only addresses are defined in LodgeMaster and cannot be changed or removed.  Non read-only addresses can be renamed or deleted.

Adding a Contact Type

In order to add an address type, choose . The following is shown in the table:

Enter the contact name, choose a category from the dropdown and click the . To cancel, click the icon.

Modifying a Contact Type

In order to modify a contact type, find the contact type in the table, click the and update the information. To save, click the icon to save.

To delete a contact type, choose the icon. The system will show the following dialogue box, select "yes" to confirm.
