Archiving Members:

A Guide on how to Archive a Member

1. In the menu select "Members".
2. Find the member you wish to archive and double/right-click on their name.
3. Select the "Mark Archived" icon within that menu.

Deleting Members:

A Guide on how to Delete a Member.

1. In the menu select "Members".
2. Find the member you wish to delete and double/right-click on their name.
3. Select the "Delete" icon within that menu.

Marking Deceased:

A Guide on how to mark a Member as Deceased.

1. In the menu select "Members".
2. Find the member you wish to delete and double/right-click on their name.
3. Select the "Mark Deceased" icon within that menu.

Marking Ineligible:

A Guide on how to mark a Member as Ineligible.

1. In the menu select "Members".
2. Find the member you wish to delete and double/right-click on their name.
3. Select the "Mark Ineligible From OA / Scouting" icon within that menu.

Viewing Archived/Deleted/Deceased/Ineligible Members

1. In the menu select "Members".
2. Hover over "Archived / Deleted Members"
3. Select as shown in image.
