Many features in LodgeMaster are available by right-clicking on items.  Some web browsers will put their own right-click menu in front when you do this.  You can click anywhere outside of that menu to make it go away, and make the right-click menu from LodgeMaster visible, then you will be able to click items on LodgeMaster's right-click menu.

If you have a Mac with a single-button mouse, you can hold the Control (⌃) key and click to emulate a right-click.

On a touchscreen device, you can tap and hold to open the right-click menu.
