The Payment Types view allow you to available payment types for your lodge.  These payment types are listed under the Events Module and various other places.

Adding a Payment Type

In order to add a payment type, choose from the top right.  The following is shown in the table:

Enter the payment type name and click the "save" icon.

Activating and Deactivating Payment Types

Activating a payment makes it available in other areas of LodgeMaster.  Deactivating it hides the payment type. 

To activate a payment type, select the payment type in the list and click .  To deactivate a payment type, select it and choose .

Merging a Payment Type

Merging payment types is irreversible and has wide-ranging consequences on your LodgeMaster installation. 


In order to merge a district, select the district in the table and choose .  The following dialogue box will open:

Choose the new payment type from the dropdown.  Check the box if you'd like the old payment type to be removed entirely.  In order to ensure that this is what you want to do, enter the name of the payment type in the text box.  Then click "Merge."
